EGIS wins a new contract in Switzerland
26 January 2021Egis wins a new contract for the project management of the Le Locle bypass in Switzerland.
This contract covers the tunnel’s operating and safety equipment and ventilation. Egis (Tunnels segment), leader of the consortium, will be in charge of the equipment and Lombardi (Switzerland), of the ventilation.
This new road tunnel of more than 4,000 meters will make it possible to bypass the town of Le Locle on an axis close to the French border, subject to heavy traffic (doubled in 20 years).
