Technical Committee

The Technical Committee and working groups are made up of specialists in disciplines relating to the various aspects of underground works.
They represent the full spectrum of stakeholders (approximately one-third are contractors, one-third project managers and one-third contracting authorities) and their main task is to issue technical recommendations.
